What you get

Access to Your life in Bitcoin in the app during an active paid period: a year or three months. That is the day book with My month, My bitcoin and the Crypto weather report. The globe, the map, the trips and the photographs are free and stay free.

The first seven days are free. They start on the day you first open Your life in Bitcoin, not on the day you sign up.

Toshi AI and scanning receipts only work during an active paid period, not in the seven free days; Toshi’s own answer book is open to everybody. Toshi AI is new and marked as beta in the app. It uses a language model for questions that are not in his own answer book, and we are trying out which model suits this app best, so that may change. What goes to such a model is in the privacy statement. An answer from a language model can be incomplete or wrong, so treat it as help and not as advice. This feature may change or be switched off for a while without the subscription changing; the cash book itself keeps working.

What it costs and how you pay

The prices are on the payment screen and are per period. You pay with a card through Stripe, or with crypto through Speed: Lightning, bitcoin, USDT or USDC.

The subscription does not renew itself. When the period ends, Your life in Bitcoin closes. Your bookings are kept and you can always download them as a file under Me; after paying you can see them again.

If it is not what you were looking for

If something is broken or does not work as described here, you get your money back. Just ask.

The first seven days are free, precisely so you can try it before paying anything.

What we expect of you

You are sixteen or older. Before you use the day book for the first time we ask you again in so many words.

You put nothing in the app that is somebody else’s, and nothing unlawful.

You only share your book with people who accepted it themselves.

What we do not promise

This is an app made by a family and run on its own machine. It can go down. We do our best and there is a nightly copy, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Bitcoin places come from BTC Map and maps from others. A place being listed does not mean you can pay there.

Nothing in this app is financial advice.

Featured places

A bitcoin business can pay to be at the top of the lists for its city and in the Featured block for a week, a month or a year. Such a place is marked with the word Featured; it is a paid listing.

Just B Free reviews every request and may decline or remove a placement. You pay only after approval. What the app says about a place comes from BTC Map and does not change by paying.

If Just B Free removes a placement mid-term for reasons of its own, we refund the remaining period. In case of abuse we do not. If you delete your account, a running placement stops.

Links to others

A hotel or hostel carries a button to Booking.com. That is an affiliate link: if you book there, we receive part of Booking.com’s fee and you pay nothing extra.

We do not choose what Booking.com shows you and we earn nothing from the places themselves. You can always book with the place directly, and often pay in bitcoin while you are at it.

Stopping

You can delete your account at any time and everything goes with it. See the privacy page.

If you delete your account yourself, a period still running lapses and we do not refund it. The subscription does not renew itself, so doing nothing costs you nothing either: the period simply ends.

We may close an account that abuses the app. Everything goes with it, and nothing is returned for the period that was still running.
